On Thursday, I took my car to the A and W repair shop . At which time The repair shop was supposed to fix my 2006 Nissan Altima . The repairs included fixing the sway bars on both sides in the front and the left side inner tire rod end and the bushings in the back both sides. I furnished all the parts I purchased at O'Reilly on Lake in St Joseph. The agreement was I buy the parts and you do the labor. My husband had called the repair shop to get an estimate at which time the person who answered the phone gave my husband a price for the service that the repair company would perform . She quoted a price of 283.00, we agreed and my husband told her to make sure because in the past she would quote you a price and by the time your car was finished it would always be an extra 50 to 100.00. My husband asked her to make sure because he wouldn't pay a penny more. We around 3:00 Thursday evening my husband received a call from the shop stating that the person on the phone didn't quote the right price because she didn't quote all the labor that had to be repaired. We had a disagreement and they said they would put the car back together and we could pick it up. So, I took the phone from my husband and told them just fix the car because they claimed it was already torn the car down. I feel that are charging people according to their skin color, because they are very rude and I had my son and my daughter take they car in for repairs and they have done my daughter the same way. Resolution Sought I expect for them to pay for my parts and labor and punitive damages because they felled to repair the outer tire rod end that they stripped the bolt and just put the broken part back on my car and put on lives in danger.
