I recently just had my car worked on by A and Z auto to replace my radiator. They called Monday saying my car was done so we went and payed and picked it up to find out after I got home that they replaced my radiator with the wrong one but instead of ordering a new radiator that would fit my car they decided to put the wrong one in and bypass my transmission lines into a transmission cooler that they zip tied to my front bumper. This is not the work I had payed for and they didn't even bother it in form me of what they did until I already payed and got home to discover the issue myself. I payed for a radiator that would go to my car not one that didn't and I didn't pay for them to zip tie anything to my front bumper. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. And then I also had to replace my battery bc it somehow had a bad cell when before I took it down there was no issues with it. Resolution Sought I would like to be reimbursed for the money I payed for the botched radiator work and having to replace a battery I shouldn't of had to replace.

Complaint is all wrong. Customer called for estimate and when quoted parts and labor did not want to pay that.They went on ebay and purchased a radiator but wrong one. The one she purchased was for a 5 speed and her car is automatic. I bought the transmission cooler out of my own pocket so that the radiator she brought me would work. She was charged for labor only. The battery issue, is a non-issue as there is no possible way I could do anything to her battery to make it go bad. That is an age/wear and tear issue that I am in no way possibly responsible for her battery.

That is a lie as we did not order the part they did and I have a witness to that also. He ordered the part and told us it was the right one he had ordered off eBay and I will not be put to blame for it as it was his fault for ordering the wrong one and he did not even tell me it was wrong he just took it upon himself to just put the wrong radiator in my car and didn't even inform me about it I discovered what they had done on my own. I am not satisfied at all and I will not tolerate his lies. I payed for him to put the right radiator in my car not the wrong one and I sure didn't pay for him to do some crazy botched job instead of informing me they bought the wrong part and then to make excuses and now lie about it. I do not want my case closed as I am not satisfied whatsoever
