WORST SERVICE & SCAMMERS
THIS REVIEW IS TO TELL YOU ALL TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING SCAMMED AND TREATED RUDELY! A+ was sent by Thermador to repair my oven/range. They replaced parts they determined were cause of nonworking self-clean function in both ovens. The interior light in one oven didn't work either. The tech brought the entire light unit with him and proceeded to tell me that he didn't want to replace it because he didn't want to scratch the enamel inside the oven. I asked him if he tried and he said he couldn't get the unit out. He insisted he couldn't do the job and said I could live without the interior light on my unit. He said he wouldn't do it and left the light unit on my counter. So my question was - don't you have the tools and what am I supposed to do with the replacement part if you, the tech, can't or won't do it? He said, don't know and left. I went to self-clean my oven the next day and it did not work. It did not work for either oven. It turned on, went through the process as if it was doing self-clean, but did not self-clean either side. I contacted Thermador advising it still wasn't working. Thermador advised me to reach out to A+ to come back and fix the issue under the authorization provided by them, and also advised that there is a warranty on the parts and labor done by A+. I reached out to A+ today asking if they could come back to take a look at the oven because it was still not working. who advised me they would not come back to check or work on the oven without a new authorization. I advised that Thermador said the authorization was still active and they should return to inspect and repair; plus that there was a warranty on the labor and parts. I was told no, that I needed a new authorization. They refused to honor the authorization from Thermador and the parts and labor warranty. He flat out refused to send someone to take a look at the work THEY did. Thermador was advised and is sending another company due to their unprofessionalism. Thermador said they did NOT need new authorization for work already started and that they should have completed work properly. A new authorization is a way to get paid again per Thermador. Thermador is also going to investigate them as they should not have conducted themselves this way as one of their service companies. I am providing this review to all so that you can stay away from this company. They are a company in La Canada and instead of providing good quality service to people, especially those locally, they do the opposite. I DO NOT KNOW HOW THEIR DOORS ARE STILL OPEN. SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. As a follow-up, I walked into the appliance store to see how they conduct themselves - and they are actually quite rude in person as well.
