This company turned a false report into code enforcement

My landlord hired this company to come out and inspect the property because my 4 yr old son got bit by a rat while sleeping. When they came out that looked in my basement and behind the stove stating we had rats and mice inside the home. This company then turned a false report into code enforcement and the health department stating no rodents inside. Then closed the elect holes on the outside closing them in with my children. This is a licensed company who lied to the borough and put my children at risk of high rat activity inside with no way out. I have a full video of this man that this company sent into our home. This man and company should be closed down for endangering children and making it worse just for money. I would like for the company to fire this man and make him accountable for the danger my children were put in and for there to be repercussions for lying to code enforcement and the health department. Shame on them all.
