I bought a car from better way March of last year ever since I got the car has been giving me problems. They've been telling me because I had two warranties. I could take it to another dealership because they were too busy to take my car and right away now all of a sudden because I took it to another dealership is a problem I can't switch out of the car. The car been giving me problems for a year and a half Time I had the car probably drove for about 5 months at the most. Resolution Sought To be switched out of the car or provided a different car.

I had bought a car in April of this year, only a few months ago and there has been issues ever since . The week I had bought my car From A better Way Wholesales Auto in Naugatuck CT , the check engine light had come on ,they said they did an inspection before selling me my car but there was no inspection done and they failed to meet safety regulations. Through them I have a Continental warranty, so I brought my car in for repairs and they did a fuel pump I got the car back after it had been in for 2 weeks, and a week goes by check engine light comes on again, I brought it back they did multiple repairs , a cam shaft actuator, fuel injectors, wiring terminals, wiring harness, and a computer a PCM . They had my car for 1 month . I got the car back at the end of that month and the check engine light came on the next morning. I have an Audi 2016 Q5 I brought it to an Audi dealership to do only a diagnostic and see what's going on because I did not want to bring it back to a better way wholesale auto , and the Audi shop in Danbury wrote me a whole report of everything going on with the vehicle. Every single repair that A better Way Wholesales Auto did to "fix" the car made it worse. All the wiring is messed up in the car said by the Audi shop mechanic the fuel pump is wrong the camshaft is in the wrong position and they sold me the car with the wrong coolant for my car and the Audi shop mechanic said they filled it up with half water half coolant it's the wrong. Resolution Sought Send the car in and Have an Audi dealership fix the repairs they have done, or compensation , or my money back. They sold me a vehicle without doing an inspection before selling it to me. They have failed to meet safety regulations and have told me lies about the car and its condition. The car could break down at any point in time I could have gotten into an accident because they sold me a car with a bad timing chain. Through this dealership I also I have a continental warranty
