UPDATE: Okay, so it's been a minute since I wrote this review. It took me a while to be able to place the order for the hair due to medical reasons. My vow renewal is coming up in may. So I contacted owner and let her know that I was ready to pay for the hair and requested the invoice and had expressed my vow renewal and i was looking to have it done by the first week of April. Due to it being a minute since we last we did a short recap on what we discussed. She sent the invoice and I paid. Now, me thinking that it was similar to wiring money to someone, I honestly believe she instantly received the payment. I reached out a day later asking if the order was placed. She replied that she was waiting for the money to be cleared. Confused, I asked what she meant. Then she went into saying that she could tell I was a difficult client, and that she would refund my money. I have always been the type of person to ask questions to ensure I know what's going on and what I'm getting into. I have asked the same questions before due to not remembering some conversations because of a diagnosed memory problem from repeated seizures doing brain damage. Apparently I asked too many questions and because of that I was deemed a "difficult client" and that in her 20 something years doing it she's "never had someone who asked so many questions or not trusted her" Some conversations were over a call that went very quickly, other were in messages I had to reread. Thus why I don't delete conversatio Resolution Sought Be aware that some people have medical problems that cannot be helped but that doesn't mean you get to treat them badly. Hopefully I will get the refund as promised but if I don't I'll have to figure out a lawsuit.
