I paid $300 up front in cash to take one of their classes. Now they won't even return my phone calls. Resolution Sought I want my $300 cash back.

I spoke to the client. His refund was issued on 8.23.24. I did not receive this letter until 8.21.24. I was unaware that his refund had not been processed. I express my sincere apologies and he thanked me.
