AG Millworks make Great Products !!

I have worked in the industry for more than 15 years selling products of many companies. New products such as Clad / Wood are made by many companies. Some companies pride themselves on making an excellent product at a good price. I have sold AG Millworks products to several customers on the central coast of California and I find I would rather sell product from a local company that prides itself on custom Doors and hardware.

Unfortunately AG Millworks like so many other companies that sell high quality products, contractors may not always install these products correctly and this is not the fault of the manufacturer but rather the contractor taking responsibility for making sure the entire door unit sits uniquely correct on the foundation and or pad.

I find the AG Millworks product line to be outstanding and I enjoy selling there product because it looks great and they have great customer service. They provide helpful answers even before you buy their product. It's important to listen and take note of weather and natural conditions before making a final selection based on their suggestions for what will work best at your home location. Weather by the sea or inland.

this company does not service there customer. I am still waiting for a call back and to get SOME TYPE OF SERVICE

The person who answers the phone must be guided to say hello, take your name and nobody will ever call you. The only way to get there attention is to file a suite. I have personally contacted the company and no call back nor service. They simple mailed me a seal which i have no idea nor do i want to void any warranties to install it. They have exclaimed the product is not gliding smooth due to installation/ but they will not specifically tell our contractor which part and how to fix it! I have also contacted the BBB We have contacted the BCA and the sclb. Pay the more money for a more superior door and company that will service you. Do not use this company. Please come look at my door so you can see how this company does not, did not and will not support there product.They wont call me, so i will show you i am an upholding citizen and share with you this company lack of workmanship and lack of customer service.
