On 12/02/21 I ordered an engraved item from this company online at agiftpersonalized.com. On 12/07/21 I tried to reach company via telephone to cancel my order only to discover THERE IS NO LEGITIMATE PHONE NUMBER FOR THIS COMPANY? I sent numerous emails to agsupport@agiftpersonalized.com to cancel my order and FINALLY got a response stating the $52.99 would be refunded to my debit card and my order was cancelled successfully. To date still NO REFUND? I sent numerous emails inquiring when I would get my refund no RESPONSE. I EVEN TRIED LIVE CHAT VIA TEXT DURING THE COMPANY BUSINESS HOURS, STILL NO RESPONSE. I've already filed a BBB complaint in Utah and now filing a complaint in Baltimore, Maryland where I reside. Company address per internet search is listed as A Gift Personalized. 1020 West 600 South Street. Lindon, Utah 84042. This appears to be some sort of internet scam to take advantage of unsuspecting consumers during holiday season. I would like your help in retrieving my money. I've also filed a complaint with the FTC. Thanks Resolution Sought REFUND my $52.99
