They use scanners to prey on people who just got into an accident. They tow my car and rack up storage fees from insurance companies. My insurance would like to release the vehicle on my own behalf, they sure make it hard. They didn't allow me or my insurance release my vehicle without an "appointment" which is ILLEGAL and also refuse to send an invoice of charges unless you come in person and pay cash. Resolution Sought Refund the amount that they over charged.
