I have been a customer of aj blosenski since 2001. Their service started getting very bad beginning last year. They would bill me, i would pay, they would promise to pick up my trash and they would not do so. I am a senior citizen. They pick up everyone's trash except mine because i have complained to them about their shoddy service. This past time and other times, they have gone for weeks without collecting my trash. This past 3 weeks, they have promised to pick up my trash and outright lied to me. They need to do their job and pick up my trash or i will be filing legal charges against them. My trash is piling up, they are doing nothing and this is becoming an unsightly, unsanitary disaster Resolution Sought I want them to do their job and pick up my trash in a timely manner. If they expect to get paid, i expect them to do their job. They do not have the legal right to single out a senior citizen and choose not to pick up her trash because they don't feel like it.

Our trash company is having staffing issues, so recently have taken to just not picking up either the trash, or recycling. A few weeks ago it was the recycling, yesterday it was the trash. After waiting for about 15 minutes on the second call I made(the first was a hangup on their end), I was informed of the staffing issues. They told me there would be a courtesy call to let us know when it would be picked up, but just like the time before I received nothing. I told the person this is a service I pay for and have been with them for over 20 years, and this is unacceptable. The whole neighborhood is being ignored, maybe we shouldn't pay the bill when it comes in for times missed service? Resolution Sought I would like my trash picked up on time, and reimbursed for dates not serviced.
