I purchased a motor from Adam at a list of auto parts on February 22nd of 2023 since then they never shipped the motor I've never got they sent me my receipt but they didn't ever send me a motor they keep jacking me around saying that it's in the process it's in the process as well it's been 9 months and they told me that the motor was sent but it caught on fire and and all this crap and now I just told him look just send me back the money that I sent you all I wanted my money back and they keep jacking me around and they don't want to give me back my money and I've been fighting with them you know for the last 9 months they won't send me my money they won't send me the their they want to send me a motor but I don't need the motor because it's been so long I already bought a different motor from because these guys are jacking me around all I'm trying to do is get my money back I think they're scamming me you know and and the people is Adam is the guy that I gave the money to and Steve is the guy that won't refund my money to me so if you could help me out with that I would deeply appreciate it their number is I'll have to bring you up the number 322 something like that let me see I'll have to get back with you on the phone number. Resolution Sought Just refund my money back to me they gave me $500 and they're supposed to ship me the rest I'll send the rest and they won't do it they keep giving me the runaround all I want is my refund my money I don't want to deal with the company no more can you help me.

I purchased a used motor from A list auto when I found out the motor was no good I call them and let them know, now they wont call me back or answer any of my phone call. Advance auto in Blackstone VA contact the they are the ones who found these people and I paid for the motor and I had to paid Advance auto for finding the motor they will not return the call to the. Resolution Sought All I want is my money back to get a rebuild motor

The matter has not been resolved yet. They call me and told me that they were going to send me out another motor. Haven't seen the motor yet, 2 weeks ago. They have been talking to David at Advance Auto in Blackstone, VA (434) 292-0070. At this time I would like my money back because I don't know what kind of motor they will send me. At this point and time I don't trust them anymore because they kept telling me lies. They want me to pay the shipping cost for the motor. I told them that I wasn't because I replied to them within 30 days.

We are letting you know that the customer agreed to pay the shipping and we are taking time so we can give the customer the shipping cost and we said we are going to replace the engine. The Invoice says clearly that the parts must be returned or informed to us before 14 days from the time of delivery but Diane Williams called us after 30 days and still we are trying to help her out. She and David Seamster have been signed the invoice and only the proceeded with their order.
