On April 13, 2022, A Mass, Inc. was hired to come and fix my sewer line. I was not satisfied with their work, therefore, I contacted the City Plumbing Dept., and they made him get a permit and made them dig up everything that was not up to code. They completed the job on May 13, 2022. I later discovered they made a leak in my cold water line. I had another company repair the leak. I am currently fighting with A Mass for reimbursement in the amount of $1,685.00. Resolution Sought I want to be reimbursed for the money I had to pay the other plumbing company for A Mass's negligence in the amount of $1,685.00. For all of the disrespect and negligence, I want to give them a 0 rating. This is because James Newsome is a poor boss, and he doesn't allow his employees time to complete their job. He was constantly rushing them.
