Chris Kirkman unfortunately has been very deceptive since day one while selling me an AC unit for my house. I often felt like I was being lied to, but he kept on reassuring me that he would never cheat me since my wife and his wife both work as real estate agents for the same company. I will call Christopher's business model a scam as far as I can see from my experience and in fact several of his lies are clearly written in texts to me in several conflicting stories back to back within about 10 minutes of each other. In the beginning, he promised to get me a high quality brand name and gave me a list of companies he trusted such as Bryant and said all the others are junk, and he said it would be the same price no matter what brand I ended up with. He would never clearly tell me the name of the brand even up until the day I was paying the deposit money when they were coming to install it. In text message, after I paid the money and demanded to know the name of the brand I was getting, he actually indicated that he was not sure of the brand he was giving me because he "only goes by model numbers" —DOES ANYONE BELIEVE AN AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY BOSS DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS SELLING ON THE DAY OF INSTALLATION!? After finding out he gave me a low quality contractor grade Ameristar brand I asked him why he did not give me a brand from his list of good brands and he blamed the federal government new environmental regulations, which caused it to be impossible for him to get any of Resolution Sought Refund all the money (and ideally pay for medical care of a sick diabetic dog in the house that is now dying from the heat).
