I was charged the above amount for keeping my accident car for 25 days, The 25 days was caused the manager who delayed giving an estimate on time, I went to his shop 4 days after the car was brought to him on a Friday. He said he will not charge for keeping the car, he will give the estimate by Tuesday not knowing that it was a delay tactics to charge me unnecessary fees. Resolution Sought refund me the $2373.28 minus towing of $275 and admin fee of $250 as stated in my receipt.

Company called stating the body ship does not owe any money to customer. The fees are standard fees. The vehicle was signed up originally going through to insurance, but then it changed which took longer for the repairs and that is why they are not responsible for the fees.
