I had a wooden fence installed July 3 2021, by August 3 my fence started to rotten twist and crack and it's only getting worse. I was told that this was normal after the problem started. I also have brushes growing along my gate. Resolution Sought I would like my money back so that I could have this fence replaced by another company.

Company states: I went out there in August and replaced what she wanted done. I never heard back from her again. I wish she would contact me directly for further assistance. The customer has a 2-year warranty on my labor. When I made the necessary repairs in August, I explained that wood expands and contracts with changes in the weather. And, the wood might split due to weather, and other natural occurrences. The customer has a 2-year warranty on my labor. Brushes growing along her gate are not related to the fence installation. The customer may contact me so I can further assess the issue with her fence. There is no refund due.

After my fence was completed on July 4 2021 by A Plus I asked Ivan what I needed to do to the wood in order to sustain it. I was told to wait until the fall around October and stain it, he told me that this is how I maintain the wood over the years to extend the life of it, however not only is it shifting it's starting to crack in some places two months later, And I have reached out to him several times about issues with my fence.

I've been out there twice to make repairs. I have proof of text message communication and photos of the repairs. The last time I was there, I repaired her gate and fixed everything she had concerns with. I haven't heard from her since, until I received this complaint. As mentioned, the customer has a 2-year warranty on my labor. The customer may call me and I will go out there again. It is her responsibility to follow through with staining the fence or have someone stain it for her. I'm not responsible for the brush that is growing around the gate.
