Walk through the property with this management company I didn't and cost me thousands

I was charged 600 for a door switch. 340 for a light bulb preexisting problems at there properties or normal wear and tear are not taken into account. Very disseptive people, lucky I keep good records of everything. A plus [email protected] will not miss a chance to double the amount a contractor charges and putting it on the tenant calling this fees..
