On January 13, 2022, I contact A plus solution LLC of Lakewood Florida on reference to a move from NYC to Rocky Mount, NC for a move date for February 4, 2022. I had to cancel the move I contacted the above company to cancel and was told to use the email info@aplusmovingsolutions.com, which I did several times and was told I would be refunded within 7 to 10 business days. The amount I'm disputing was charged to my card as of this date no ones taking my calls or responding. reference#7265559. Resolution Sought REFUND.

On January 13, 2022, customer contracted A Plus Moving Solutions LLC for a move date for February 4, 2022. On this date customer signed estimate agreement and cancellation policy below. By signing the agreement customer has acknowledge and agree to cancellation policy and acknowledge and agree that A Plus Moving Solutions LLC is a properly licensed interstate Broker, and our services is to coordinate and arrange the pairing of customer and licensed FMCSA authorized motor carrier. Customer job was paired with Licensed authorized carrier on 1/14/2022. On 1/20/22 Customer called into A Plus Moving Solution LLC requesting for the estimate to be resent via email. Per customer she lost the email confirmation and requested a copy. Email was forwarded to customer on 01/20/2022 at 11:09 AM. Customer called again into A Plus Moving Solutions again on 1/20/2022 at 12:36 Requesting Cancellation, Customer was referred back to her signed cancellation policy and agreement: From 72 hours after placing the reservation, up to 48 hours prior to the first available pickup date, cancellation request will result in 50 refund. Any job booked within a 48 hour window of the intended pickup date is non-refundable. If move is within the 48 hour window, Only a credit of the deposit will be issued for future interstate moving services to be used by the cardholder within a 12 month period from the date of cancellation. All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to info@aplusmovingsolutionsllc.com for supporting documentation. All refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days. Customer was also told during phone call to email info@aplusmovingsolutionsllc.com per cancellation policy for proper documentation and for any processing of any refund. Customer stated that she has emailed info@aplusmovingsolutions.com, which is the incorrect email. On 1/20/2022 Sales Representative directed customer to send email to info@aplusmovingsolutionsllc.com and also directed customer to cancellation policy on agreement where the correct email can also be found. Our billing department will contact customer to issue customer the proper refund of 50 of deposit per cancellation policy.

Reserved for movers ( thru A Plus Mover Solutions llc) to come and move my belongings from Minneapolis, Mn to Spring, Texas. I had gotten a quote of $3500 from Jake Wilson after I informed him of my items. I authorized them to run my credit card for $892.23 pay $1300 when the mover arrive and the balance of $1300 once delivered . I was told that the price would change only if I add or remove items from the inventory list. Once the movers arrived I was informed of a different cost of 5300. I refused to pay that amount and requested a refund and was told I couldn't get a refund Resolution Sought Flag there business as a company that takes advantage of folks and help get my deposit money back

As a licensed interstate broker the Merchant (A Plus Moving Solutions) assigned the job to a licensed interstate carrier to facilitate the move. The attached e-signed job acceptance form from the licensed interstate carrier proves that the merchant provided all services promised in the e-signed binding estimate. To be clear the cardholder did not purchase a moving service. The only service the merchant was paid to perform was to assign the job to a licensed interstate carrier in the capacity as a licensed interstate carrier. The cardholder refused pickup and is unable to prove that they properly cancelled their move pursuant to the merchant's policy that would qualify them for a refund/discount. The binding estimate states, "IF PICKUP IS REFUSED BY THE CUSTOMER FOR ANY REASON, DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED. The cardholder asserts that the goods and/or services were not provided. The Binding estimate clearly states, "a Plus Moving Solutions LLC, is a properly licensed interstate Broker. A Plus Moving Solutions LLC is not a motor carrier and will not transport an individual shipper's household goods, but will coordinate and arrange for the transportation of household goods by another FMCSA authorized motor carrier" Narrative which happened during pick up: Household Good Moving Experts (carrier) was assigned by A Plus Moving Solutions to pick up customer, Lawrence Sly on November 27, 2021. At pick up, the client went over his cubic feet. Lawrence contracted A Plus Moving Solutions for only 625 cf worth of space. Per carrier, his move was 1100 cf. Client refused to pay the difference, and turn the carriers away. Lawrence contacted our office in regards to this matter, and our representative Maddie Taylor explained his options along with going over the cancellation policy. First option: dispatched another carrier, as a courtesy, or pay the difference for the move. Lawrence indicated a family was catching a stroke and abruptly disconnected the phone call. On Monday, November 29, 2021. Lawrence Sly contacted our office requesting a refund, and we advised him, per our policy any request for refunds has to be sent to info@aplusmovingsolutionsllc.com On the responded email, it stated he was not entitled to any refund, pursuant to his contract. Mr Lawrence, has made several threats to our company, and stated he has recorded phone conversation about our company. Mr Lawrence has also, posted bad reviews and bride our company to reimburse him, or he will continue to post reviews.
