Driver wouldn't drop my vehicle when I asked.

On July 3, 2020 at 12:40pm. The African American male driver driving a white Tow Truck ( MD License plate 17439TT) contact number (301)-702-2888, loaded my vehicle on the ramp due to no parking pass (location Forest Hill Apartments, Oxon Hill, MD) As the driver loaded the vehicle I asked if he could drop the vehicle and I'll pay him upfront no, instead of going to the car lot. He informed me he could not do so and to follow him to the lot. Allow me to remind you this is not the first time and the company doe allow you to drop the vehicle for $75. However he would not. As I followed the driver he made a right turn onto Saint Barnabas Rd, than proceeded to make an illegal u-turn in the middle of traffic to go to the lot when he could've just made a legal left turn onto St Barnabas Rd at the light. I then followed the driver to the lot. He told me the price was $175 I then told him I had $100 in cash and he could take the rest off my card. He told me cash only. I went to ATM came back with $180. He said that he needs exact change. I informed him I did not have it. So he said well what do u want me to do keep the change. Of course not. I had to call the police due to him holding my car. I was also discriminated against due to my sexuality. I am a proud African American Lesbian and I've witness this driver drop vehicles for feminine females without a problem. He also stated they do not give receipts which is also a lie. Then decided to offer a receipt after I spoke with police. Stop Discriminating against The LGBTQ Community. Accept payments rather it's cash or card. Give receipts and also give exact change back. Stop making the issue worse. Be professional.
