A Tow held my car for 5 days in a "secure" lot during which the car was broken into and valuables stolen. The A Tow management team upon realizing the problem chose to be extremely hostile, threatening a 23 year old girl with numerous expletives and violence. Unprofessional and Criminal behavior was experienced first hand. The appropriate charges will be filed but regardless the A Tow business needs to be shutdown and the owner held accountable. Resolution Sought The charges for the Tow and holding need to be refunded, the stolen items need to be compensated for, the management needs to be held accountable (criminally and civil action) and the business needs to be shutdown pending an investigation
