Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

We signed a contract with Dan Converse June 24,2020 to do a new garage and driveway we pd him 35,000 dollars if not more it's been a year and 4months and he still hasn't finished.his friend did build the garage and did a good job but Dan isn't done with his work. The garage floor is off 7inches and it has a lot of small holes,cracks and leaf imprints on the cement. Dan hasn't put the primer on the garage floor or driveway yet .the driveway is cracking because the sealer should of be put on the driveway and garage before winter,Dan cracked the driveway with his slider .hasn't put grass seed or more dirt on the yard. There still is more cement that needs to be poured.he put dirt against the house which could cause termites and bugs he was suppose to come back and take care of all this and it hasn't happen .he goes by Dan converse a1concert or A1 or a1tree service his adrenaline is 2021 E.Harvard Ave Peoria Illinois phone number 309 669 6302 his friend phone number is 309 231 1857 his name is Chester white he is a good person.
