I signed a contract with Joshua Johnson to cut a large tree in my front yard, re-do my driveway and front and sidewalk w concret for $4000.00. He later informed me that he had to fire his concrete people for stealing from him. I paid him a deposit of $2350 dollars. He asked me how much I want back and we agreed to $800.00 and he stated he had to move some money and he would cash app it to me on September 13, then he kept giving me excuses. He also left a whole tree cut in my yard messing up my sod and stated he had to get his trailer welded. I had to pay someone $200.00 to remove the logs and take it to the dump. I have pictures and texts from him. Resolution Sought I want the $800.00 he agreed to refund me and $200.00 I paid to remove and depose of logs. I also paid $100.00 for someone to cut the large tree closer to the ground he had started to fix.
