I used A1 Dependable to stop leak in my roof. They sold me on sealing roof to stop leak. They gave me 5 year guarantee. Ceiling under repair started staining. I called them and spoke to Tony and Tom on 5 different occasions. Each time they apologized as they were sorry. Each time making an appointment to fix it then not showing up. I texted them over and over and got no response. I waited for them 5 times- no call no text no show! Resolution Sought Give me a refund of 1200 dollars or redo the work! I have a guarantee live up to it.
