I have an account with this business, and I have to make payments every month for their service provided, so set set up for automatic payments on my debit card, and since they have access to my account info and card the been making al these charges to my account for no reason, charges besides my monthly payments and l tried reaching out to these people looking for explanations and they won't give me any, and they threatened to sue me and taking me to court for disputing these charges with my bank, so I had to close my bank account because these people are making my life impossible and I also feel I'm being discriminated against, for every time I call they hang up on me or and call back and of course, this is nothing to be happy about so they argue with me and next thing I know I'm being charged again for no reason these people are thieves if you asked me about them and their business, I have nothing but bad experiences with these people since I started business with them, I regret very much doing business with these people, I very much need of your help settling this out Resolution Sought I need my refund, my account canceled free of charges so I can go ahead and shop for a different provider, one that does not discriminate, or takes advantage of customers like myself

I was trying to help my son out with his monthly payment while he was in jail I did a one time payment I spoke with there office explained my situation with my son they said to bring it back and they would take it out no charge they removed it from the vehicle the same day with out informing me of any additional fees this was not even my account I did not authorize any other payments on my card they took 660.00 that day and an additional 200.00 the day after I talked to them they said there was nothing I could do Resolution Sought Refund my money and hope they are not doing this to other people
