A1A Towing & Parking Enforcement complaints

On March 17 at 7:29 Pm Eddie, one of the drivers from A1A towing came to tow my vehicle. I paid the drop down fee and when he dropped my car he damaged a piece of my car. I expressed that he damaged my vehicle as that part was not hanging before. He told me to call the company and I did that. I spoke to a representative who told me the manager was not in at the moment and to come to the office on Monday when the manager was in. I asked if I could speak to the manager personally or get his contact information and he told me no. The representative stated that he passed my information to the manager along with the details of the situation and would be getting a call back. I also called the representative back multiple times to get an update and the representative stated that the manager said to come on Monday to look at the vehicle. Monday came and I received no call back so I called the office March 19 at 2:03. I spoke with Mike stated he was a manager and had no idea what was going on and he was not given any information. Mike also stated that because I moved my vehicle there was nothing they could do when I was instructed to move my vehicle by his employees. Mike also stated that because I did not record the conversation of the representative that told me this false information there is also nothing they could do.I have pictures and videos of the damage. Resolution Sought I would like to be compensated $300 for a refund and the damages. I would also like them to investigate the employees involved since they are giving customers problems and fake solutions.

I parked at parking lot next to Hollywood Margaritaville. I am a tourist. Luggage was in car. We paid the parking meter and entered the plate number in machine and was still enforce but car was towed anyway. They claim you must put the ticket in the window. But if that is true, how do you remember if you need to pay more the other parking meter places you take the ticket with you, so this is a bit of a gimmick to cost people who dont have time to fight it. I am a cancer patient and my meds were in the car as well. Horrible situation, I was crying because I feared car stolen and had to go to airport to leave. Can I be reimbursed plus for damages. Resolution Sought Can I be reimbursed 165.95. I was traumatized.
