I sat for almost 12 hours waiting on a tow. You first told me at 10 pm at night my tow would be an hour the tow wouldn't show up until 5am. Then when the man called me he said he need the id and membership number. It wasn't my car so I had to contact my brother but it was 5 in the morning he wouldn't answer so I had to cancel to tow since nobody told me one the phone before I left the car that night while I was with my brother I need those items. So the next day I call for a tow and the supervisor didn't let me get unattended tow. So I had to sit 8 weeks pregnant with a 3 year old in a hot car for almost 4 hours because of course my tow was longer them the estimated time. So when the tow person got here I looked rightfully upset because I was he refused to take me tow. I then had to wait another 2 hours. I ended up just buying a tow truck out of my own pocket. I literally paid for a service that I couldn't use because none of the 4 supervisors I talked to did anything to fix the situation and didn't give me any other options besides sit in my car and wait for a tow person to come. I should haven't spent one of the two days I have off sitting in my car pregnant with a 3 year old because people aren't willing to do their jobs and actually help the paying customers. This is the worst treatment I have ever gotten the last time I had wait on hold with a supervisor for over 30 mins even though the customer service person was talking to them the whole time. Nobody gave me my tows ba Resolution Sought You cancel my membership and you refund me my money and if we have to keep your service please restart my tows since I had to call you over 6 times in 12 hours
