We pay AAA trash disposal $56 every other month to pick up our trash, we are not getting the service we pay for. When we call to find out why our trash was missed being picked up again it always one excuse after another, I have ask for a credit a couple of different times and this company refuses to credit for missed week/s of missed pick ups we are always told that "they will pick up the extra at next pick up". This is not just an issue with our household or street is a wide range of locations, Bates City, Odessa, Oak Grove Mo and that is just three areas that I am aware of. Our trash cans are VERY OVER FULL and most likely now have been gotten into by wild critters and dogs/cats in the neighborhoods. The local Facebook community pages are full of people wondering why "trash was missed again this week" some post that I have seen people haven't had trash picked up for weeks in a row. This is getting old and is very irritating and something needs to be done with this business. We as customers are expected to pay our bills for this service but we are not getting the service we pay for. Please help us get this issue resolved. Resolution Sought Refund for missed pick-ups

Our response is the same as submitted to her complaint via the BBB. While I appreciate her addressing others we will only discuss 1 customers account that is specifically calling or submitting claims. What is addressed on social media does not always represent or time current data.

The trash is not getting picked up weekly. I am being told the driver can't be contacted. The trash is put out the night before pick up and for 2 weeks it was not picked up. I have a several bills with different amounts I applied $100 in March a payment of $32 in May. If the reason is not payment why is my trash not being picked up on time every week as well as the bills being better explained Resolution Sought My trash to be picked on on the assigned day every week.
