Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I requested roadside assistance Aug. 23, 2021 and stayed up all night for a tow truck that never arrived. NO explanation. No phone contact. I was forced to hire a tow truck and paid $80.00 for their service because they wouldn't accept my AAA card. I wish to be compensated for this expense. Resolution Sought I wish to be compensated for this expense.
