I paid AAA Iron & Fabrication to build me a privacy fence. The 2x4 railings were put on wrong, nails were coming/showing up through the pickets. The swing gate detached after 4 days. They want to rebuild but I would just like my money returned. I would like to submit photos if possible. Deposit of $2500 was given, AAA Iron proposal given, with a balance of $2500 paid CASH in the presence of my fiancee, total given $5000.00. Resolution Sought I would like my money returned in the amount of $5000

Mark did a thorough inspection with Mr. James Jenkins owner of "Do It Rite Handyman Service and was completely satisfied. James Jenkins is the subcontractor that was paid to install the privacy fence. Mark was fully aware of the fact that my company does metal therefore; I subcontracted the project to James Jenkins company. I understand that Mark wasn't satisfied with the onset of this project so we removed and replaced this privacy fence with new materials because of the wood which was also purchased new. This company has all that was requested of Mr. Mark J. to make this right; I hope this email further explains my position.
