I have a membership, when using it for a dead car battery an associate came out. This associate failed to charge the battery & left. I called again to have someone else come out & no one came out. I called AAA & was told they were backed up & would get to me when they could. I called AAA about this request over 6 times including calls from my father. After a no show, no call, or text from anyone, 4 days later I had to order a car battery charger & pay myself. In which me & my 18 year old daughter got the car started ourselves. When I went back into the AAA app they had cleared my request without no contact or attempt to come out. I would like to be reimbursed for having to purchase this car starter when there's a membership with AAA being spent on. I could not use my vehicle nor take my child to school, or shop for groceries or pick up prescriptions needed, etc…. This was a huge inconvenience & not customer service I would think I'm paying for. Resolution Sought I would like to be reimbursed for the car starter that I needed to purchase as a result of AAA not abiding by what the membership entails, thank you.
