Yes I called AAA insurance to make my monthly payment the system told me no payment due at this time generally it will say you owe a minimum payment due and the amount however I was in an accident rear ended and the person that hit me flee from the scene the attending office advised me to report my accident upon doing so the adjuster told me I wasn't insured I have a over lap in insurance because of AAA insurance I called and payed my minimum and was reinstated but now I have a over lap and Nevada has the highest in the country I believe AAA needs to be responsible for there system making the error. Resolution Sought To have AAA contact the DMV and take care of my fine make them responsible for there system errors.

I was wrongly hit by there party they told me that they will take full responsibility for the crashes and tried too offer me 1,300 dollar. also I went to the hospital from the car crash witch I have back and legs problems from my fore arm was burn for the air bag and the car got total out it's just not right how they treat me Resolution Sought I would like to sue they company

It is always unfortunate when we are unable to reach an amenable settlement with our customers. A review of this file shows that we attempted to secure authorizations to help resolve this matter with the complainant but he did not return them. The complainant opted to provide us with copies of his medical records directly and we have extended a settlement offer. At this time, the complainant has retained legal counsel and we will continue to attempt to resolve the matter.
