Purchased a 2019 Cadillac XTS from this dealership online 9/13/21 . This car failed the Georgia inspection due to resistors being used. The inspector and myself contacted the dealership and they agreed to replace the car after founding out the car has never been repaired and that they were endangering people lives with these fake repairs I requested a refund. After a few days they stop answering my phone calls and emails. I have taken this car to several dealerships and body shops and no one will touch it .I have pictures and statements from those places saying this is the worst they have ever seen. Spray foam is holding the steering wheel in place and cement nails are holding other parts in place. It's the fact that they would risk so many lives for money . They sell a lot of these cars and if they don't have to be inspected no telling how many people are in danger dealing with this dealership and their phony repairs. Resolution Sought Take this wreck back I understand it was a as is deal but the car was never repaired and I can't pay someone to repair it because of all the faulty work. I have spent thousands of dollars purchasing the parts that the Georgia inspector said that needed to be replaced this has been a nightmare. I have purchased a rebuilt title before with no problem. I have been educated now I was told never buy a used car from Florida it will never pass in Georgia because in Florida they don't really inspect.
