I was signing up for an account. They charged me. Then I go to sign in and the website says I don't have an account. Called them, they said they don't have record of me. Even though they charged my bank account. I have spent hours on the phone with them, all to find out one of the agents lied about helping me, and the last one I talked to said they won't help. Resolution Sought They would look up their payment records and verify I paid, and send me my login info. Have an actual person who can help me, call me.

Company states: We don't show any record of this person's name, nor could we find a member number in our records. We called the complainant and left a voicemail to call us back.
