I pay about $120 a year for AAA service so I can be towed if my car breaks down. I broke down tonight (Sunday 11/06/23 at 10:10 pm. I called back several times. They explained that there was only one driver. After being stuck on the side of the road for five hours, around 3:10 am, I finally called back to be told that I should probably request a commercial tow truck. I then called the Beverly Police who dispatched a tow truck that I had to pay out of pocket for. I am writing this while waiting for that tow. I don't know how much that tow will cost yet. Resolution Sought Make this right. I would like AAA to provide the service that I am paying for. And in a timely manner. I am lucky it was not below freezing yet.
