On 04/15/2022 I had new sewer pipes and 2 cleanouts placed on my property by Triple AAA sewer service. Everything went well for the first month but then on 06/08/2022 the pipes backed up with water and flooded my basement. I called AAA sewer to come out and see what the problem was I also called the city to come out. The city explained to me that it was not the main line for the city and that more than likely Triple AAA did not tighten the pipes when they replaced them causing water from the rain to back up into my system. Triple AAA then left leaving a hose with my water running into the drain for 3 hours. Once they arrived back they informed me that they would not be able to figure out what the problem was until I was able to get a manhole placed in my back yard. I explained to them that this process would take 6-8 months and I would have no where to live while waiting on them to fix a problem that should have been fixed when I paid them thousands of dollars to fix it a month ago. Triple AAA then packed up there hose and left without attempting to fix the problem leaving me to live in a home where water cannot be used. I feel sick about this whole situation and cannot understand how a company could be so cruel to an honest customer who paid their debt in full upon completion of a job. Resolution Sought I would like for Triple AAA to do what they were paid to do in April which is to fix my sewer pipes so water does not come into my basement from the sewer line.

On April 15, AAA Sewer Service was hired by Kameelah West to repair a section of the sewer line underneath the driveway of 320 S. Seminole Circle. Upon repair, AAA Sewer located another break in the line and after discussing the situation with the homeowner, repaired another section of pipe near the city sewer main. At the conclusion of the repair, everything was flowing and operating well and the homeowner was extremely pleased, leaving multiple positive reviews online. On June 8, AAA Sewer was informed of the line not flowing so we went out to assess the situation. After snaking and ballooning the line, we located an issue we were not able to pass at the city sewer main. A city sewer maintenance crew was also on-site at the time and after discussing the issue with them, we were informed that the city main is deteriorating and the homeowner had been made aware of this issue months before as the city had recommended she allow the city main to be repaired as well as a manhole installed to better maintain the line. When we told the homeowner we recommended she get a manhole installed in orderto resolve her issue, she closed the door in our faces so we packed up our equipment and left. The next day, a city sewer maintenance crew went out per our request to hydrojet their sewer main in order to dislodge the blockage. This led to the residential sewer line to flow freely again. AAA Sewer has reached out to the homeowner multiple times and the homeowner has refused to discuss the issue.

On June 9th I hired A-1 sewer to fix my line due to AAA Sewer refused to fix. A-1 Sewer was able to get the line flowing and also found a hole where AAA was supposed to have fixed. A-1 Sewer service also informed that the line was clogged due to a piece of mud being stuck in the line. Shame on AAA for saying they fixed anything. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you need a real plumber who will do the job correctly do not call AAA Sewer.
