Their business is atrocious.

I just needed some oxygen sensors changed so I could pass emissions. I was in there for over 6 hours and all they were doing was waundering around. The owner went for a 20-minute test drive which turned out to be almost an hour and a half. I will burn my car before I will ever bring it to this place for any work ever again. Just wanted them to know that I think that there business is atrocious and the only reason they are in business is because people have no choice but to go there to get their emissions fixed.
