I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Norristown location on January 31, 2025. On this date, I picked up my 2011 Volkswagen Jetta TDI from your facility at approximately 11:00 AM after paying $5,419.85 for the repair services performed on my vehicle. Unfortunately, within approximately three hours of leaving your shop, a yellow warning light appeared on my dashboard, and my car experienced a significant reduction in engine power. Concerned about this issue, I immediately returned to your location and reported the problem. After running diagnostic tests, your employees informed me that there was a leak in the manifold gasket at the top of the engine. This issue was not present before I brought my vehicle to your shop. I communicated my concerns to your employees and Dan, the store manager/owner, but was met with dismissiveness. I was informed that this problem was unrelated to the work performed, even though my vehicle exhibited no such issues before service. Your only proposed resolution was for me to leave the car for further diagnosis, with the expectation that I would receive a new estimate for additional repairs. This response is entirely unacceptable, given that I had just paid a substantial amount for service and expected my vehicle to be in proper working order upon completion of the repairs. Resolution Sought Please rectify this issue by repairing my car.

Location in Libertyville IL first ordered the incorrect transmission for the replacement. Then when they did get the correct one installed the Labor on the invoice doubled from the previous promised amount. On top of that the car broke down less then 24 hours later and the shop said it was fine when it left so this is our problem, if we can get it over there they will look at it when they can. When we asked for the serial number, or any information on the transmission, we were told they don't document that because people don't ask for that. We did because we noticed it's not in the paperwork. Now we have a car that's bricked, they won't fix, won't refund and have no information on the supposed replacement transmission. Oh plus we need to pay off $2,400 of the $4,966 within 90 days or that loaned part will have exorbitant interest added making that alone $5k. Resolution Sought I either want them to fix it or give our money back since there is no actual proof the transmission was replaced.
