Was told verbally that new transmission was to be put in and was billed for rebuild transmission. Transmission that was put in shift hard down and up. Spray painted on used trans/overspray and dirty lines. Broke catalytic converter. Car was missing heat shield. Resolution Sought Put in new transmission. Replace catalytic converter. Replace heat shield.

John from aamco lied and ripped me off with everything they did to my car. They were supposed to rebuild my transmission and install a high performance clutch and flywheel. John insisted on a exedy brand which i paid $1,100 for. After 2 months aamco had my car i went up and paid $6500 john said he installed a new heavy duty trans cause mine was to damaged. As soon as leave the clutch started slipping and i could smell it burning up. I bring my car back and John calls me up after a few days and tells me i need to buy another clutch because they cant figure out why its slipping. He informs me they can install it labor free but i have pay for a new one. He tells me there's no warranty on it because its a different engine and its to much horsepower. LIES, my car is completely stock. I sent a friend up there because he knows more about cars then me. He calls me and he tells me they never installed a exedy clutch and flywheel and that they put a piece of shit clutch, Which is why no warranty. I asked him where he got my trans from and he told me rockland. I call them and they said i need to contact dealer cause they don't carry Subaru trans. They also installed a used driveshaft without telling me cause my factory oem driveshaft was to short, Lies. Total bill cost me 7200 and nothing had a warranty on it. John also couldn't show me paperwork on where they got my trans. It wasn't new, it was used, Most likely they bought it from a junkyard to save money and lie to me about Resolution Sought I told them that if they give me half money back that will be the end of it. If not then I'm taking them to court and asking for all of my money back because they never did anything they were supposed to. They never even contacted me about installing a different trans or the used driveshaft. They also charged me over 1,000 for starting to rebuild the trans that they never put in. There's a lot more that happened but i don't have enough characters left.
