They have chosen to stop construction on my home until an issue between myself and a sub contractor plumber that they hired is resolved. Resolution Sought Do their job

please be advised that everything is taken care of and we are back on track with this customer. The customer who filed the complaint with your company had a second loss in the home not pertaining to our company as the GC or the plumbing subcontractor in the home. The customer is filing a new claim with her insurance company. (I have issued BCA a snippet confirming to the customer we are continuing to move forward with her project at this time.)
