He explained to me that in addition to Lawn care, he was a handyman and could help me. It became obvious to me that he was not doing the work in a timely manner. If he showed up at all, he did not stay, he always had to go somewhere. He ignored my wishes, he bullied and threatened me. He called me one time demanding an additional $250 I refused. We had agreed that he would do the job for $3500 with $1300 deposit. He agreed to take some furniture and knock off $1000, so I would only owe him $1200. By day six I had to let him go so I could get someone in to do the work for me. All he bought was a door knob and 6 $8 bags of mulch. I have everything in writing. I need the money to pay another contractor. Resolution Sought Pay me for my furniture and the deposit as is in writing and chec receipt.
