I got Toyota Camry went their buy 2 new tires. JANUARY 20 2023 I have another vehicle so I haven't been driving my Toyota to much. I start driving it to work. I fell tire shaking on front side I took by their guy check it he said I need on passenger side. I told him ii haven't had this tires on a year yet. So they put on my car need a to be line but I know that wasn't true it hold good in road until tire start shaking So I both another new tries from them November 11 2023 Then this week my tries was shaking again in front took by their 1127 2023 Told guy wat was going on he said I need a line it or rubber they didn't have a tire that size to replace. So I left went to another tire shop Curtis Nelson he said he never heard of that. I went back to A$m Ask to speak to owner this time should my recipient were I both two tries in January in one I both 11 11 2023. So wife said they thought they was used tries until I show recipient. They had guy to change tries after he finish I was going to leave he wave at me to wait. Then guy came back out in told me it be 114.00 I told him they then tell me that I don't have that then owner came out in ask what I had I told him 40.00 he said for guy take tire back off he put bad tire back on. I should had to buy another tires by me been a woman they are selling used tires like they new. Why I was wait owner with to truck in got a gun both in store in its wife was holding. I work hard I pay good money for them tires I want my money for passenge Resolution Sought I agree to pay for labor I want another tire for my driver side No new tries should be worn out that fast. I want right to be done they can't do people like these.

Customer came by, tire tech said tire had been work and needed new tire. At 1st tech tought was a used tire that had been purchased so comes with no warranty. Then upon return visit due to further examination noticed tires being wore out inside, so this is a finding that tires being worn due to car being out of alignment and needs to be aligned. But told customer we could send tire back to tire company to see if they would warranty tire for her, but also explained due to the way worn, the tire company probably would not warranty tire, would say vehicle caused it but would try and see if they would warranty tire for her. She didn't want to buy a new tire until we could send back and try to get a tire warranty. No gun was applied or anything towards cusotmer. Then customer's husband brought tires back to owners shop to be re-examined. Owner of shop again re-examined, told and showed customer's husband where the alignment of the car was what was wearing tires and that an alignement to the car could help and fix the wearing of car's tires. Customer's husband agreed. But to be helpful and customer satisfaction, shop owner offered customer's husband a new tire mounted, balanced, and put on car for only $70.00 to help offset expenses. Husband talked to wife and told her the offer by shop owner and husband told shop she responsed No. Shop made offer and attempted to help.
