I called about a few issues and when I was speaking to the financial worker about my refund and other mistake he made I was called an a******* by the worker Andrew, I feel there was no need for this kind of behavior. I also have a recording of this conversation. Resolution Sought Well, what I would like them to do is address this matter. Just feel no customer should ever be disrespected for asking questions about mistake he made not once but a few. Totaling up 8,500 dollars. I think I have a right to ask questions.
