I rented living room furniture and a washer and dryer from this company, I have been making my payments regularly, I am on Aaron's Club, which covers when I am unable to make a payment due to illness/injury. I was under the impression based on what a rep named Tyler told me, Aaron's Club is telling me that I had to wait 90 days before it would pay. I sent the information back in October 17th I went on workers comp due to surgery. I was going to be unable to work due to surgery. I was told the Novemeber & December payments were made, but now they are telling me that there were no payments made. I have paid on this furniture regularly up until my surgery when I thought I was covered by the Aaron's Club. Resolution Sought To abide by the laws and allow hardship - I submitted my paperwork for the coverage for the Aaron's Club to cover my payments.

I ordered a dinning room set on line in Des the 12....it's been 2 weeks and still nothing..yet money has been coming out of my account....I asked the Lewiston store where it was and no one knows anything....so. Ow I'm still without a table for the holidays and without money ... Resolution Sought Either give me back my money and I'll go elsewhere. Or give me my table that I started paying for ...asap
