Agreement number 46751 the head store in Lake city FLA. 2724 W US High way 90 32055-4754 but. I received it in live Oak Fla. To whom concerned of my problems. l was wrongly charged about my Queen bed l love my bed l need my bed am disabled have heart disease and on C-pap l had no bed until this one l didn't know it was made out of press wood not wood real wood the first thing happened was the mattress started coming apart l call them they some one out to look at it they supposed had fix it nevertheless came so l started taking pictures of bed condition next l call them told them a screwed fell of the bed one of his worker came out looked at it no one fix it so the bottom screw fell out then the railing fell down on the bottom the manager came out he looked and said l make another payment they will fix it l told him first the mattress needs fixing the the railing at the time l was sleeping in a chair every night and day waiting for help no help so l call he said he try get me a mattress no but this was the second month l got bitten today they have not said what bitten me but l did go to the doctor they gave me medicine for it not to get infected now am seeing a wound care specialist l been once l go again on the 30 of August 2024 this the three month it not heal yet. I feel if he would have care and help me l wouldn't been bitten l even had a mattress cover on it because l had sleep ch Resolution Sought I had pay for bed to be removed because they said leave it now they want me to pay for it they should replace the bed with real wood not fake wood if they want me to pay for a bed l only selpt in two weeks and had a step stool to get in the bed last time we talk he fuss about l done no the night l did sleep in it my heart hurts when l awake the bottom of bed where it railing broke the bed broken railing I broke in half l call what l want replacement because they didn't help are seen to care.

Excessive knocking at my residence after 8 PM at night when business is closed. Resolution Sought Phone calls for past due payments are necessary. Harassment at my door is not acceptable. Resolving at the door has no purpose. I don't have any scheduled delivery because it is outside business hours.
