Went into Aarons at the Dixie Hwy location on January 25th and was greeted by General Manger. We completed a application and submitted a request to rent a refrigerator. All was well. The general manager help us pick out the refrigerator and set up delivery for the following Saturday which would have been February 1st. The day comes and I called the store. They were completely unaware of my order or delivery. Waited on the phone for over 15 minutes. A lady named ally told me that the GM did not put any details of my order in and they were unaware of my order and delivery but my delivery is scheduled to be delivered between 12-5. At 5:40 pm I called the store back because my fridge had not been delivered. They again didn't know who I was or what I ordered. They were completely unaware of anything. Then was told very rudely that I would have to schedule for a delivery because there were no details ever of my order or delivery. So I had to schedule for a week later. I did so. I tried calling to speak to GM who had originally waited on me but no avail. I also contacted customer service to file a complaint. I was told the regional manager would contact me with in 24 hrs. No one called. When it was finally my new delivery date I received my fridge. But was extremely damaged with scratches and dents. Again I tried contacting both the GM and Regional manager again. Filed 2 complaints total as well as numerous calls. I still have no resolution. Resolution Sought Rectify the situation by assessing the damage done and fully compensating for their poor customer service and business fails.
