Poor customer service!!
It all started when I found a sofa online. When delivered Aarons were suppose to set it up. They said lack of employees that was not going to happen. The sofa they sent was too small and I didn't want to damage it so I ask if I could return it and find something else. Went into store and found a couch and recliner. They delivered it and yet again didn't stick around to set it up. While setting it up found that a wire to the back of the recliner was damaged. Took a picture of it and called Aarons. I was told the set was not a part of their store so they didn't know it was damaged. They told me they would order a new one or see if another store had one. A couple of weeks went by and was told they ordered it but didn't know the exact time it would delivered. Waited a few more weeks and they had told me they hadn't ordered it and was out of stock. They also told me they had no repair who could come fix it. Filed complaints with Aarons corporate to no avail. They even told me that the manager from the store was intervening where it wouldn't reach corporate. Anyway this has been a bad experience and I don't want to sue for money. I want to see the manager fired because of her lies. A company is always reflected through their employees and telling customers lies is not a good example of how they should operate. I intend to go as far as I need to resolve this matter.

Went into Aaron's rental Saturday August 19 2023 5:20 pm and was not acknowledged by the employee after standing in one location. Within 2 feet of she interacted twice with family and friends and never t acknowledged the customer . no one. Even acknowledge, I was in the store very disrespectful. she act as if she didn't even want to be at work. after standing in one place for 10 minutes. I'm phone corporate. Never called me back concerning this matter. Investigate the situation thoroughly to make sure that employees are accommodating guests by structure and by codes. 4502 Elvis 38116 in Memphis TN. Is the store that I entered horrible professionalism horrible corporate I would rate this business as a negative 5 star.
