My washer broke on September 7th. I called to let them know. A week later still no call back on when repairman would show up to fix it. I called back and was told it would get taken care of. This has continued since them. Every other week I am calling about this. I have received no call backs and no solutions. Aarons has steady taken their payment every month. In fact I got charges on December 24th, over a week early for next month's payment. They do not know how to run a business properly and are fine with screwing their patrons over. Resolution Sought I want a full refund and the money I have had to spend at the Laundromat these past few months
