I paid for a service up front a month ago to have a key program to my car he didn't have the technology or the confidence to do it and didn't want to refund my money and complained about a restocking fee when it wasn't my fault and he kept $40 when he should have refunded me $190 Gil the owner owes me 40 more dollars for the fact that he could not complete the job and it's not not my fault and he needs to have some morals ethics and integrity and do the right thing and give me back the money he stole from me. when you pay for a service and it's supposed to be completed and done and timely manner and they're not able to do that service they are to give a full refund not keep money for a restocking fee when it was not the customer's fault that they could not perform the service that they said they could do so I would kindly and respectfully think the right thing is that he should pay me the $40 and he should apologize for not having the integrity to do that in the first place making me have to resort to turning him into the better Business bureau which I have no recourse because she's not being an honorable person so please help me resolve this because I live on a limited budget and at 40 dollars was mine and he had no right to keep it.. and then he told me I needed to take it to the dealership and get a program at my expense when he was paid to do a job that he couldn't complete because he did not know what he was doing or have the technology to do . Resolution Sought Apologize give full refund. Remaining balance is $40.00
