Of the complaints we have received against this company in at least some cases the complaint allegations are very serious.~~Complainants allege the company fails to obtain loan modifications misrepresents their success in getting modifications and does not issue refunds when services are not rendered. Complainants also allege the company falsely claims lenders have accepted modifications to collect additional fees when in fact the lenders have denied the modification request or in some cases they attempt to alter the complainant’s information to get the modification accepted. Most complainants allege difficulty obtaining refunds or failure to respond to complainants who contact them to inquire on their cases or refund status~~The company generally responds to complaints by issuing refunds denying allegations of misrepresentation or unethical business practices or explaining the difficulty of obtaining a loan modification due to recent issues in the industry.
