I went to the car lot to purchase a vehicle. all the cars we drove had major issues. there was a car for a little over $3k and said she wanted it off the lot and sold it for $2500. she told us issues with it that was not even the issue. then after 6 days the engine went into limp mode. we called her and explained the issue and was wanting a refund since the taxes have not been paid and title had not been applied for. now we did sign an as is paper but was not told of the issues. she was extremely rude and unprofessional. in the office she said some issues with it and her husband told us a different story as well. she is known to lie to save her own self. Resolution Sought I'd like the business to actually inspect the cars instead of lying about the issues and be knowledgeable. all the cars ac did not work and a lot of people complain about the vehicles not working after a short period of time.

Company states: The customer only had $2500 to purchase a car. All of our cars are sold As Is and the customer signed the As Is Buyers Guide. We have been in business 22 years with no issues. There is no way to predetermine an issue with an electric sensor. We had 38 cars hit by hail which is out of our control. After the customer threatened legal action, the customer never called me back to pay her taxes. or title fee. I haven't processed the title because she hasn't paid for it.
