If they can not complete a service with out messing it up they should just discontinue that service

My dog Sheamus was cremated at the above business and before he was cremated I paid extra for a paw print and a lock of his hair which I never got. I was told it was lost then that it was just never done. The money was returned that I paid for the paw print that I never received. I never want this to happen to another grieving family that lost a pet like I did. If they can not complete a service with out messing it up they should just discontinue that service .its incompetence at it worse !!!!!
