I moved into my rental property on Oct 15 2020 a little over a few weeks my basement flooded I called emergency maintenance and they sent out a plumbing company they cleared it up but a few months later they were back at my neighbors house for the same thing mines flooded but not so bad as her a few weeks after that it flooded again . It just recently flooded yesterday night 04/15/2021 and they were suppose to send someone out they claim they called and I didn't answer not true I called first thing this morning. 4/16/2021 and they said the rental company abbeyhill cancelled for them to come out not even letting me know so now my celery is soaked laundry room still filled up with poop and water I am in the process of having a company come out and see what the issue is. Abbeyhill was very disrespectful his name is Arom Gosdanian and John was the emergency maintenance person I spoke with last night and this morning they wanted me to use there company for the plumbing but I chose to find one of my own at my expense because he said my lease states it doesn't cover plumbing but this is more than a plumbing issue they are rude and very disrespectful I have the number to the tenants who lived her before me and they had the same issues and are willing to speak on my behalf and my neighbor who is dealing with the exact same issues. Resolution Sought I would like to be refunded for what I'm going to pay to get it fixed. And the damage to my belongings.

Per Customer: Abbeyhill did complete the work that needed to be done. Sad it had to go this route to just get things finished but it is complete.
